About David Gerson
David was born in Boston in 1967. At age 15 his family moved to North Carolina. He attended North Carolina State University where he graduated in the top 1% of his class with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and went on to receive a masters degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering while performing his graduate research with IBM in San Jose, CA.
David has been working for a global engineering company since 2002 and has responsibilities for working across the company in Engineering Leadership Transformation. He is a private sector leader who understands global business.
David has a keen interest in economics and published a break-through book exposing the economics of crony capitalism while debunking the common myths used to distort the conversation.
David is a pro-liberty, pro-life, pro-second amendment, pro-free market conservative. He is a proven leader of integrity who will not compromise his principles. He is intrinsically motivated to participate in the transformation of the Republican Party from the party of privileged large corporate interests to the party of the people, by the people, and for the people to create a more even playing field in our pursuit of happiness.
